The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking public comment on its newly-released draft plan to recover breeding and migrating duck populations.
Long Range Duck Recovery Plan
In particular, the DNR is seeking comments regarding the following:
Goals and objectives: Are they appropriate and do they address your concerns?
Strategies: Are we headed in the right direction? Are there other strategies the may be more appropriate?
Problems: Does the plan correctly identify problems facing today?’s duck populations. Are any problems overlooked? Are there other problems you would like to identify?
